Circular illegal, shows intolerance: Alumni in Supreme Court
Nalsar alumni have taken a stand by filing petitions in the Supreme Court against a retracted circular from the Bar Council of India. These alumni have also addressed an open letter to the BCI chairman, voicing concerns over student dissent. They argue that the circular infringed on fundamental rights and that the BCI overstepped its jurisdiction concerning student matters and enrollment processes.
