What happens if there is no Constitutional Amendment on Delimitation?
A fresh delimitation will be triggered by the existing provisions of Articles 81 and 82 after the data of the 2027 Census is published, if they are not amended. Lok Sabha constituencies will be reallocated to States on the basis of the 2027 Census.
