Supreme Court dismisses Bofors appeal, 4-decade-old case closed
The Supreme Court has officially dismissed an appeal that sought to challenge a 2005 Delhi High Court ruling, effectively concluding the contentious Bofors pay-off case. Advocate Ajay K Agrawal, who filed the appeal, requested an adjournment, but the court declined to extend the timeline on this matter dating back to 2018, which involved accusations against the Hinduja brothers and AB Bofors.
