Indian sailor missing after vessel hit near Odesa, family seeks help
The family of Indian crew member Ramchandra Dubey has appealed to the Government of India to trace him after he went missing when the vessel he was travelling on was struck near Ukraine’s Odesa port on July 25. While two of the four Indian crew members have been confirmed safe, the whereabouts of Ramchandra Dubey and another Indian sailor remain unknown as the Indian Embassy in Kyiv continues to coordinate with Ukrainian authorities.
