'Constructed without plan approval': 38 buildings at Azam Khan's Jauhar University to be demolished
The Rampur Development Authority ordered the demolition of thirty-eight university buildings. These structures were reportedly built without approved building plans by the authority. The university argued it was outside jurisdiction, but this was rejected by officials. Only two buildings had valid approvals, while others lacked necessary authorization. The constructions violated planning laws and are now liable for demolition.
