Calcutta HC allows Mamata Banerjee-led TMC faction to hold Martyrs' Day rally, shifts venue near Birla Planetarium
The Calcutta high court permitted the Trinamool Congress rally on July 21. The court ordered the venue shifted from Victoria House to near Birla Planetarium. This decision aims to ensure smooth traffic flow and maintain public order. The rally attendance will be limited to 2,500 people between noon and 3:30 PM. Police will deploy adequate personnel to manage the law and order situation.
