Supreme Court fines Raina, 4 others Rs 3 lakh each for taking court for ride
The Supreme Court imposed a three lakh rupee cost on Samay Raina and four others. These comedians failed to hold a promised show for disabled individuals. They had previously faced court anger for mocking people with disabilities. The court accused Raina of lying and taking the judiciary for a ride. The bench warned artists against disrespecting people with disabilities and their talents.
