NMC plans ban on medical seat hike if buildings not yet complete
Medical colleges must have full infrastructure before seeking seat increases. Incomplete applications will be rejected without any chance for correction. A mandatory corpus fund will be fixed by the Medical Assessment and Rating Board. Institutions influencing the NMC face application rejection or suspension. These draft amendments are now open for public consultation.
