Street vendors urge MCC Commissioner to halt eviction drive till survey is completed
Citing the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, a street vendors’ representative says the authorities cannot evict any street vendor until a survey is completed and ID cards and vending certificates are issued to the street vendors.
